The upside of this is that the Nobel Committee will never again award the Nobel Peace Prize to someone solely because they believe he is morally superior to George W. Bush.

Perhaps Mr Obama could instead exchange that 53 cents on every US federal tax dollar extracted from those residents of that country insufficiently rich to be able to hide their stash in tax havens abroad and which goes to the military and (in)security apparatus for immunity from prosecution Den Haag ? But then again, isn’t that one of the things that misuse of funds is designed to do ; i e, guarantee impunity to the war criminals ?…
