That’s Bill Clinton with the horns, holding the ice skates. And/or the Democrat-controlled Congress that didn’t have the balls to stand up to Bush-Cheney when they lied Amerika into illegal wars of occupation.
I hope preservative has been carefully rubbed into the leather of those skates and the blades greased – it will be sometime before weather conditions there are such that they can be used….
