“Work” * has “freed”** millions from dependable regular incomes, from their homes through foreclosures after job loss, from medical care, from educational opportunities for their children, and from secure retirements.
*Understood as the downsized workplace, not actual productive work, and productive labor outsourced to slave labor sanctuaries.
