Just hit me (last-to-know??): maybe the Vampire Apocalypse has happened, and some of us have remained unbitten as the rest have found seemingly endless titrated supplies of fresh blood keeps (you should pardon the expression) pouring in from around the world – to say nothing of that tangy domestic coming daily from an inner city, or slaughterhouse, near you (for the earth-conscious locavores among us).
