  1. Thank you, Mr. Fish, for helping me feel love and pain. Truly. Thank you.
You and your amazing work is too often the only sane voice in a world that is truly broken.

This illustration and sentiment is gruesomely gorgeous. And thank you for putting Bush in this piece as opposed to Obama. Let’s at least remember that the real weapons of mass destruction, or the axis of evil, also called the neocons, made the first despicable decisions to dupe the American public about the supposed perpetrators of 9/11.

And then along comes President Hope and Change. Yes, we Americans are shamefully and willingly duped continuously. I was one of them in 2008. And we deserve that for our lack of interest in anything other than reality TV and shiny objects.

Obama picked up where they left off, without skipping one death. And then upped the stakes. Because we let him. What happened to war protests with crowds in the hundreds of thousands? DAILY. Where are our contemporary leaders of a peace movement? Is everybody from the 60’s dead or just done trying to fight the powers that be?

The neocons from 2003 are still running the show and Obama is one of them. One day I hope to see Obama’s face behind the mask of patriotism he’s wearing. Will it be Cheney’s face I’ll see? The walking dead?

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” Martin Luther King, Jr. I miss him. He was my hero and inspiration from the age of 6. I miss his conviction and true leadership and fearlessness. And as the tears roll down my face at this moment, I’ll stop my diatribe.

    PEACE!

  2. Roger that.
