What’s so funny ’bout peace love and understanding?
dignity in the face of indignity. This is truly an american icon. Imagine Rosa Parks stoicly enduring her indignity. Or King, or M. Ali, or Jackie Robinson, M Ghandi…and yes, even Obama.
In a sense it is the most honorable response left to those that have had everything taken away from them. Yet, on the other hand, it speaks to how any other expression by the oppressed would quickly be spun by the Hannity’s off the world as “yet another example of the lazy seeking a handout from our ever expanding entitlement state.
But LOVE the illustration.
